and It’s my honor to help you BECOME A WELL-TRAINED MEDITATION TEACHER!

I know what it’s like to want to change the world but yet don’t know where to start or even how to help yourself. I used to feel so overwhelmed and stressed out with my engineering job that it was difficult to take care of myself and others around me. It became increasingly harder to deal with stressful things and think straight.

Meditation was my answer!   

That was 10 years ago before I took my first meditation class and discovered the healing benefits of meditation. Little did I know, this powerful healing method would help me experience clarity around that deep inner calling within me or what some refer to as their ‘soul purpose’.

Meditation ultimately helped me to discover my passion for mental health and holistic wellness, giving me the boost to invest in myself, go back to school to get a Master’s degree in Counseling and change careers to help others heal.

Knowing first-hand how life-changing meditation can be, I’ve shared it with hundreds of students and clients helping them go from stressed to refreshed in as little as 5 minutes a day.

As a Meditation Teacher and Mental Health Professional I want to share the very same powerful stress-relieving meditation teaching curriculum I use with others. It is my mission to help get as many teachers out in the world teaching these same life-saving benefits to those who need it the most, one life-affirming breath at a time. It is for those helping professionals and aspiring helping professionals who want to deepen their meditation practice. You will learn over 15 meditation techniques including Zen, Guided Meditation, Concentrative and Mantra so that you can finally feel comfortable teaching meditation to your clients and those who need it the most.

And if you’re a bit of a science nerd like me, this course is packed with so much scientifically-backed data that highlights how meditation, affirmations and stress management techniques like journaling really effects the nervous system. It’s not the fluffy woo-woo information that you might have heard many people tout over and over. You will get real actionable evidenced based techniques that you can use and explain to your clients and students in a practical way.

But more importantly, this course is designed to help you make real impactful changes in the lives of those around you starting with helping people move out of the Fight-or-Flight mode.
